Our website is purely for information and it is managed by the Directors of RSF Therapy.  Some articles on our site may include embedded content. This content is subject to the privacy policy of the relevant third-party provider and not ours, which means they may use cookies or collect data about you through embedded third-party tracking, for example. Our website may contain links to other websites, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites.

Any phone calls or emails to the practice are managed securely. When you make contact with us, we may collect the following information: name, address, telephone number and email, GP’s details (where applicable), D.O.B (where applicable).  Any information you share with us will be shared with your therapists using secure technology. We may make changes to our privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted online and will be effective immediately.

contract for therapy

Your contract for therapy will include your consent to store basic details for your records for the duration of your therapy.  Furthermore, we will seek your consent to use your information anonymously for research and teaching.  All our therapists work within the ethical policy of their professional registration body. RSF Therapy has a complaints procedure which is available on request.
