Your Investment in You

  • Individual Psychotherapy

    £125 - Each session is 50 minutes,

    £155 - Initial 90-minute consultations

  • Relationships & Sex Therapy

    £125 Individual 50-minute session

    £175 - Couples 50 minutes session

    £250 - Couples 90-minute session

  • Fertility Psychotherapy

    £125 Individual 50-minute session

    £175 - Couples 50 minutes session

    £250 - Couples 90-minute session

  • Group Psychotherapy

    Our small therapy groups are for 6-8 members, and each session is 90-minutes.

    The fee is £35/session payable monthly in advance.

    There is a minimum commitment of one term, and people may join for as long as they wish. The groups continue to run, i.e. they are open ended.

    Term 1 Mid-September-Mid December (12 weeks); Term 2 Mid January - Mid April (12 weeks); Term 3 May - mid July (10 weeks)

  • Creative Minds

    Our Creative Minds Programme is particularly for people in and around Marylebone in the arts & creative industries,

    Sarah and Gity offer some reduced fee sessions - do get in touch to see if any are available.

  • RSF Psychotherapy is delivered by qualified and accredited psychodynamic psychotherapists and group therapists.

    Psychosexual therapy is offered by a qualified relationship & psychosexual psychotherapist.

Our Process

  • PAYING FOR YOUR THERAPY

    All sessions are payable by bank transfer ideally before each session or at the latest on the day of your session.

  • YOUR THERAPY CONTRACT

    To access therapy you may need an initial consultation. Your RSF Therapy Contract will be emailed to you to sign and return.

  • PROTECTING YOUR DATA

    We take client confidentiality and the protection of personal information seriously, and we follow the strict Code of Ethics of our registering professional bodies. Our Privacy Policy is available on request.
