Director & Founder

Individuals and Couples BA (Hons), PGDIP UKCP, COSRT

Gity recognises the profound impact of childhood experiences on our capacity to forge meaningful connections and cultivate intimacy in relationships.

She believes that creating lasting, positive change involves gently uncovering concealed thoughts, feelings and latent frustrations, which often reside beyond our conscious awareness.

Gity is a Director and Co-Founder of RSF Therapy. She is an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples. Her practice is specialised in psychosexual therapy, focusing on treating sexual dysfunctions in men and women.

She addresses a wide range of psychological distress, facilitating transformation by delicately uncovering concealed thoughts and emotional scars from the past that frequently surface in recurring patterns of distress, silent anguish, and harmful behaviours, impacting our current relationships and impeding personal development and physical well-being. Gity believes our experiences deeply affect our physical bodies. She is passionate about collaborating with some of the best holistic practitioners in the country to support her patients completely.

The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of her practice, and she will provide you with a consistent, weekly space to reflect and support you through the process of healing. She cultivates a collaborative and trusting relationship with her clients. Her sessions are dynamic and explorative, engaging curiosity and promoting change. She offers tailored therapy that respects each client’s unique background, culture, and orientation, providing new perspectives and empowering interventions.

Beyond her private practice, Gity is an honorary psychosexual therapist on the clinical team at St. Mary's Hospital in London. She is also pursuing advanced specialised training as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist at Tavistock Relationships and working towards COSRT accreditation.
